I'm trying to affix the suction cup for a Garmin GPS to my windshield. What adhesive should I use?

You shouldn't need any adhesive, (unless you are trying to take the convenience of portability out of it) the suction cup will hold it. I wet the suction cup a little and stick it to a clean windshield and it holds until I take it down.
