u can put m-seal or a strong fixing device
n if it is of plastic than jst burn it and when it melts join the broken ends. its a permanenet solution
and for vinyl its m-seal
You can get different patch kits anywhere you can purchase an above ground pool but I could'nt give you any brand name. We get ours at Wal-Mart in the outdoor department. Put the epoxy on a patch of vinyl and place it over the hole. Everyone keeps swimming and no more leak! I hope this is at least some help.
