Home-remedy to remove adhesive from tile?

We tried scratching and scraping it off...it is left over from double stick tape. I live in Spain so there is no way I can get U.S. products such as goo-gone or whaterever...Home-remedy to remove adhesive from tile?
oil. any kind, even cooking oil. Just clean it well afterHome-remedy to remove adhesive from tile?
lighter fluid works really well to, it even takes rust of metal :)

try rubbing alcohol. it works on some adhesives. good luck :)
wd-40 or a oil based spray for lubing metals and parts!
This may sound stupid but....try smearing peanut butter on it...then wiping off with a hot wet cloth...repeat.
