A very good strong ADHESIVE to join small wood pieces??

making a 2x2 ft wall mount frame at home..A very good strong ADHESIVE to join small wood pieces??
G'day all,

I'd have to say for what your making, i'd stay well away from any sort of liquid nails,

a glue like titebond would do the job perfectly,

mitre joins hold together better than butt joints, because of the increased gluing area,

jaydenA very good strong ADHESIVE to join small wood pieces??
Elmers Wood Glue really is the best, but Liquid Nails is good also. Byee
Carpenters wood glue is great and so is Liquid Nails adhesive.

Both can be purchased at a home improvement center or Walmart.
Elmer's Wood Glue is the best.
hopefully your going to glue it before you stain, paint or any thing of that nature!!! gorilla glue is very good ,titebond wood glue is great as well.you could put a biscuit in each joint as well that would make it stronger.there are other types of joints but that seems the easiest.
i was in construction for years and I have use about every adhesive thats made. the absolute best i have found is Gorilla Glue followed by PL400 (industrial liquid nails no matter what the other tube says, this is stronger), liquid nails and yellow carpenter glue...
there's plenty of good and strong adhesive in market bro..maybe the problem is the kind of joining that u used..there's more method of joining two pieces of wood to gather rather then 'bud-joining'
