I'm writing a proposal for one of my classes about soundproofing walls, and I found a great product for a sound absorbent panel that could easily attach to walls and ceilings. It just says I need PSA29 adhesive (also AGS12 adhesive). I looked online, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know if these adhesives are attainable?Where can I buy PSA29 adhesive?
I've installed a lot of acoustical rated walls, and I've never heard of either of the products you mention. However, I am including a link to the product we use. We seal the gap between the drywall and the floor to reduce sound transmission. It is available from most drywall suppliers. I don't know if home centers, such as HD or Lowe's carry it, but you can check. Hope this helps.
